Mercedes contracted CPR to completly remove the automated Body Shop machinery and processes from their Vance, Alabama facility. CPR handled this utilizing two 12 hour shifts, with over 120 trained personnel. The entire project was completed within the critical 21 day timeframe, without accidents or injury. |

Smuckers Plant Consolidations

CPR's machinery movers completly closed the Smuckers facility in Salinas, California and consolidated the machinery into three of Smuckers other facilities located in Memphis, Kentucky, Washington and Smuckers main plant in Orrville, Ohio. |

Relocated 864 overseas container loads of picture tube manufacturing lines from Greenville, SC to China. This project was achieved in only 12 weeks utilizing 136 field personnel. To complete the project it took: 1 project manager, 5 foremen, 34 carpenters building crates, 4 handling shipping documentation, 24 electricians, 12 pipefitters and 56 machinery movers. |

Work had to be completed during shut down period of time. This included modification and fabrication of components on site. manufacturing plant. Work included rigging, packaging and crating of over 450 overseas containers with components
including conveyers, chemical stations and process manufacturing facilities for shipment to facilities in Foshan, China. |

Relocation of equipment from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Salem, Virginia. Scope of work involved reconfiguring electrical and process piping for the disconnect and reinstallation of machinery. Also coordinated the shipping logistics from Milwaukee to Salem. Some of the machinery moved were high pressure boilers, freeze driers, fermentors, and centrifuges. A complete laboratory with walk-in cooler, autoclaves, incubators, and homogenizer, was also relocated. |

Relocation of clutch and gear manufacturing lines from LuK's Ohio facility to Puebla, Mexico. Included machinery moving, crating and documentation for border crossing. CPR utilizes the same personnel to dismantle the equipment and reinstall the equipment wherever possible. Our experience proves that this speeds up the relocation process. |

panels, pumps, cooling bay, etc.
Wellford, South Carolina – Demolition of existing facility in order to retrofit process manufacturing line. Work included
installation and assembly of process manufacturing line and connection of distribution panels and switchgear.
Denver, Colorado – General relocation and new facility construction of process manufacturing line. Work included design
and installation of laminator system, conveyers, chillers and QC laboratory. Constructed concrete structures for
facility retrofit of plant components. |

Sydney, Ohio – Disconnected an entire production line, including machinery, conveyors, and robotics. Relocated half
of the line to Lebanon, Missouri, and the other half to Rayong, Thailand.
Lebanon, Missouri – Placed and reconnected machinery, creating a new production line. Scope involved electrical and
piping reconnection for machinery, conveyors, panel boxes, and robotics. Performed modifications on site during project.
Rayong, Thailand – Placed and reconnected machinery for creation of the Summit Assy line. Scope involved electrical
and piping reconnection for machinery, conveyors, and panel boxes. Adjusted production line configurations for modifications. |

Mulheim, Germany – Turnkey relocation of equipment from Mulheim Germany to Fort Payne, AL and Charlotte, NC. Including crating,
shipping, precision laser alignment and modification of electrical from European to American voltages.
Charlotte, North Carolina – Installed a coil insertion machine, which we relocated from Mulheim, Germany. Also relocated
two ovens and machine tools from Winston-Salem, NC. Scope of work involved setting the machinery and electrical
and piping reconnection.
Fort Payne, Alabama - Relocated Equipment from Mulheim, Germany. Scope of work involved setting machinery and
electrical and piping reconnection. |
